One Response to “Document Retention and Destruction”

  1. Douglas P Allen, CRM, CDIA+ Says:

The course described as Document Retention and Destruction sounds quite interesting. However, I’m not entirely certain that it will meet the needs or requirements of corporate counsel throughout the State of Idaho.

Above is the web site of an 11,000+ member not-for-profit association (with an active Idaho Chapter) that focuses on the broad area of Records Management, a field that encompasses a great deal of what corporate attorneys may concern themselves with as they seek to avoid risk and to meet the needs of their corporations.

A number of the larger employers in Idaho most likely already have Records and Information Management groups that are currently engaged in the implementation of Records Retention Schedules and who focus time and attention on the appropriate destruction of records when they are no longer needed.

If I can assist you by providing your group with contacts within Idaho who can speak to this topic in a comprehensive nature, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
